What insurance companies does Beltone Tristate work with?
We work with a wide range of providers, including (but not limited to) Aetna, Anthem, BlueCross Blueshield, Federal BlueCross BlueShield, Cigna, the Department of Labor, Medicaid and Medicare, United Healthcare, Wellcare, NARF, UMA, GEHA, and more.

What type of coverage is usually included?
Well, that’s just the thing — “usually” isn’t the most accurate word we’d use when it comes to insurance coverage for your hearing care. What we can tell you is that for some of the insurance providers we work with, benefits like three year warranties, three years of loss and damage coverage, and three years’ worth of batteries (or a charger for rechargeable hearing aids) are some of the things that are covered.
Additionally, some insurance providers will even contribute a payment toward certain models of hearing devices. This is all subject specific providers and specific plans. Not all plans provide such benefits, but it’s always worth having our insurance specialist look into what you’re eligible for.
